We love our F250 diesel and were extremely d
isappointed by the lack of response from Ford when we reached out to express our concern about the possibility of a fuel pump failure while towing a 5th wheel. A valid safety concern, and we’re still waiting for the service manager to call us back.
I researched on the internet and then visited Performance Diesel. They took time to explain the problem and a possibly solution to me. Also provided a rough estimate. I was back a few days later with some queries, and they patiently explained again. I decided to move ahead, they ordered the parts and took the truck in when the parts arrived
I picked the car up a couple of days later, and feel a lot less stressed when driving knowing that my fuel pump will not implode on me, sending shrapnel throughout the fuel system.
Thanks team - for your patience and for for accommodating my F250 in such a timely manner
