ly complaint is that I had a pre-approved loan, and I am now getting letters from various lending agencies that were contacted regarding the loan. Don't really understand this, and it has an impact on my credit score. If my pre-approved loan was not enough, I was able to pay the difference, but was never consulted about this.
Otherwise very happy with vehicle and service.

From the moment I entered Halo Autosports I was greeted with a “Hello, how are you?” In addition to “
would you like coffee?” The service counter person was excellent and informative both when checking in and after my oil change was finished. He educated me about my vehicle and future concerns I need to watch out for without being pushy. The waiting area was fantastic as there was a TV and 3 massage chairs.
