Highly recommended for integrity & excellent customer service
I've had the absolute best customer service from this establishment. Initial visit was for an oil change and an issue was uncovered when they did an overall check of my vehicle. An estimate was requested and provided same day-straight up information and no upselling to be had. It took me a couple of weeks to schedule the necessary repair (that was on my end, not theirs) and from contactless drop off to in-person pick up of the vehicle I could not be more satisfied. The work was done as promised (and actually ahead of schedule) and I even received an after-service text, inquiring if everything was performing as expected. Thank you to Thaer and the lads for your exceptional customer service and the quality work you perform.

Labor costs
I was shocked to learn the labor cost was $105 per hour, the site showed just 1 green dollar sign which usually means reasonable rates. The did fix my car, were very friendly and fast. The labor costs just left me speechless.

Fast and honest
Showed up late in the day leaking oil. Doc's called me early the next day with the required repairs and pricing. After I agreed, the vehicle was available by late morning. Great work and great price. Will be our go-to place moving forward...

Outstanding service, honest

A very honest and trustworthy business!
On our second occasion using Docs for our auto repair we again found them full of integrity. They made right what another shop had neglected and never had a bad word too say against the other shop. They were reasonably priced and honest about what our car did not need even though we would have not known otherwise. Quality work at a fair price but most important we trust them.
