Precision for My Vehicle is What I Received
I have had three different issues with my 2001 Dodge 2500 pickup. Three different appointments over a period of two or more years. Plus have purchased set of tires from Chris, Every appointment and issue has been dealt with in a very timely and highly professional manner and at a reasonable cost. All problems were taken care of and resolved. Service was attentive and friendly and repairs understandably explained to me. I would highly recommend Precision to my friends and others. The Falken tires have been great as well.

John said they did some things wrong and had to redo everything. They put the front end on there backwards and it was not driving right. They said they test drove it and he knows they did not. He let it go. They ordered the wrong parts when he ordered some parts. It took 3 weeks to get in, they realized they were the wrong parts, and they had to reorder new parts that took 3 weeks to get in.
