I was in town for a family function and my car battery dies. I went to Advance Auto, an was told they
could not install the new battery b/c the computer needs to be reset. Now this 4 pm on Friday of Labor Day weekend. SO the rep from Advance called over to Skrrt and I was told to come over and they could help me. I went across the street to Skrrt and they replaced the battery and reset my computer. When I asked what the charge was I was told not to worry about payment as they understood I was from out of town. I told them payment was not a problem but they insisted that this was no problem and they were not going to charge me. Great people.

I was concerned about an issue with my bumper on my 10 year old Lexus, as it had a slight gap where i
t attaches. It had been replaced after body work a couple years back. Eric worked me into their schedule within a day, popped it off and confirmed that the bumper was quite secure. It only took 1/2 an hour and put my mind at ease. Everyone there is very pleasant, easy to work with and accommodating. Highly recommend this business.

I guess I would describe O'Neils as "old fashioned". Several years ago I had inquired of them to do s
ome work on my Toyota and they basically said that I could do much better at the dealership since the dealer could purchase the replacement parts at a better price. Recently had my Ford truck in for brake replacement and a transmission check. Said they only changed the fluid and filter, everything else was fine, but it sure changes gears much more smoothly now. Put new brakes on all around, rotated the tires and checked the transaxel lubricant levels no charge. Got everything done in two days, kept me up to speed on progress etc. Really made me comfortable that their objective was not to max their billing potential but do the repairs as cost effectively as possible. Think they recognize that repairs to the electronic nightmares they call vehicles these days are costly enough without them adding to the misery. Would recommend them without hesitation. P.S. I'm in my 70's so I've kissed a lot of car repair service "frogs" , very few "princes" or ( "princesses"... to be PC.) O'Neil appears to be a good one.
