As we stated before Emmanuel we are here to make sure you are pleased with your services. Anything other is unacceptable. As Ryan spoke with you and explained the situation with your vehicle he was very adimant that the misfires needed to be repaired promptly or you would continue to have issue with the transmission. Unfortunately you cointinued to drive your vehicle instead of completing what we recommended. With that being said we did agree to go ahead and repair your transmission once again at no charge even though it was not faulted on our end. Regardless we will continue to stand by our name & the work we perform as well as help our customers in any way possible to ensure you are completly satisfied. I do hope that you understand the etirety of the situation. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
