pairs. We found Mark and the staff to be straightforward and honest. They provided great service and within the time they expected it would take. They even fixed a part that they found to be broken that was outside the original scope of work and fixed it! We were grateful for that as it was a possible safety issue, and when the final bill came in less than was estimated we were grateful for that too! Very professional, very service minded with honest! uick Lucerne (which has almost a quarter million miles on it) should live at least another five years/50,000 miles under their care.
Our 2023 Toyota Sienna (which Toyota says only needs an oil change every 10,000 miles) we’ve learned that even with the full synthetics, a 5,000 mile oil change is better for the life of the car. Also, they will recommend and stay on top of transmission flushes, engine cleaning (decarbonization), and other maintenance issues that are easy to forget about.
All we have to do is get them there when the odometer turns over to every ‘0’ or ‘5’ thousand miles. They will do the rest.
