My 2005 Jeep had not had much servicing for past few years, check engine light came on, even oil drai
n plug was loose.
The guys at Doug's were helpful, knowledgeable on Jeep issues and caught some potential issues that would have caused engine damage later. even fixed some rodent damage to my wiring harness. They suggested some future repairs, didn't try to pressure me to do it all now.
Final bill was not cheap, but it wasn't exorbitant either, especially considering the many issues they corrected.
I was so pleased, I scheduled my Ram pickup for servicing immediately after Jeep was done.

Took my truck to them to have my exhaust fully redone after another shop screwed it up and they did a
amazing job clean work great sounding all around excellent work even let me hear diffrent muffler sounds on my truck to make sure i got wat i wanted and i am definately very pleased and satisfied with everything defianetly recommend them to anyone and will definately be taking my other vehicles to them as well

Eric was great to work with. Facetimed with him to see Ridgeline and he was very honest pointed out a
ny small scratch on vehicle. He arranged for someone to pick me up at airport since he got sick. Worked with Xenti to do all paper work. Can't say enough about their honesty and quality of vehicles. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again top notch people and vehicles.

Nice to have a shop I TRUST!!!
Took my Ford Transit in for a check up because my check engine light had come on. Quick Lane couldn'
t find anything wrong with it and sent it to the Ford Dealership. They called me and said I needed a new transmission and it'd be $7500. Trans-E had rebuilt that trans 2 years prior! I said no and took it back to My Trans-E shop. They found nothing wrong with the transmission...even saying it was in great shape.
It's important to have businesses you can actually trust and that's how I feel about My Trans-E. They are easy to talk to and know how to 'dumb it down' so I can understand them completely!!!

Car is given a complete inspection. They send you the information and suggest what (if any) repairs a
re needed to be done and in order of importance. Customer service wants to work with at all times. Excellent in my opinion.
