Work on my husband's 1978 C10
My husband took his 1978 C10 to Grand slam, they were able to fine tune the truck and got it running the way it should if not better. They were very professional and the work was completed in a timely manner.

Repair work on my Ford F150
I most definitely recommend this place.
Ashley was very nice and James did excellent work to get my truck back in good running condition in a timely manner. In a world full of shady and shoddy auto repair shops, Grand Slam is a most trustworthy business.

Customer Service
I love this place. Usually I’m sketch about taking my car to new places, but these guys fixed my clutch assembly and rack and pinion in a timely manner and let me know if they had delays and very communicative about what’s going on. They took the time to make sure it was done right. They tried to save me money and they did. They also waited for me to pick up my car 15 mins after they had closed. I’ve been driving my car with a big grin on my face because it feels like a new car. This is the best place I ever took my car.

Excellent Work, Great Service, Honest People
Driving into Pensacola for vacation my old SUV began making a loud noise. Never having spent time in Pensacola, I had to Google a repair shop. Based on reviews and their offered services, I thought I would try Grand Slam. Wow...I'm so glad I did! Mechanic James diagnosed the problem and provided me with options for the repair. Ashley provided me with her best pricing and James made the repair. We drove it 750 miles home in one day with absolutely no issues and it was extremely quite. My SUV is back and I thank Grand Slam Auto Repair for helping me in a pinch.

Great Service
This automotive repair shop has honest mechanics and gives great service. I have been getting my routine maintenance completed here for a little over a year. They are thorough and I never feel as if I am being taken advantage of being a woman and knowing very little about cars. I highly recommend them.

Had a vehicle inspection performed. Service was excellent and received an inspection report. They explained the major areas that needed repair and why. Very reasonable cost.

Faster than Ford
Experienced ignition problems on our Ford Fusion on our trip from Ft Worth TX to Pensacola FL this past weekend. After a stall at a gas stop I googled Ford dealers in Pensacola and made an early morning appointment with World Ford near our hotel. We went to our appointment on Friday morning and presented our extended warranty information to the technician. She adviced us the it may take until Tuesday to complete the repair because it would take time to diagnose the problem and getting an authorization from the extended warranty program. I told her that I had done both and it was covered. She said that they would not cover the $149 diagnostic test and we would have to pay that either way. My husband did not like the thought of extending our stay 2 days and having to rent a car and pay a fee to find out what we already knew. He said no thank you and we drove away. Of course we still needed to get the ignition switch replaced so I used Google and the reviews to find a mechanic to take care of our problem. Within 5 miles we drove into the Grand Slam lot. Jeff at the front desk checked with the mechanic James who agreed he could fit us into his schedule. Within 3 hrs. they had done the diagnostic test verifying the ignition starter failure, got approval from my extended warranty program and completed the job. I definitely recommend this Nappa approved shop for your car problems. Not only did they take of us quickly being a NAPPA mechanic shop their work is guaranteed for 2 years. We gladly paid our $100 deductible knowing we saved so much by choosing Grand Slam over World Ford.
