After having my ancient 325i serviced for the last 10-15 years by AutoScandia, I was referred to IMA
after the specialist at AutoScandia left. I have nothing but kudos for IMA...Ivan is simply amazing, as is everyone I dealt with from start to finish. Not only did IMA address the concerns I had bringing the car in for service, they provided me with such incredible detail regarding the repairs, including photos and explanations about what should be addressed now and what I might want to consider down the road. In addition, Ivan made sure to let me know I should bring my car back in a few days so he can make sure all is as it should be. I could not be more pleased to entrust future work to IMA.
