Very thorough and good at explaining their work
Working with the folks at Peterson is always a good experience. They do very thorough work and take the time to make sure I understand what work they did and any work that I should plan on in the future. They are always willing to answer questions. These folks are always friendly and helpful. We had an old truck we wanted to fix up and they were able to take care of all the bugs. They were very prompt and kept constant communication with us. We are always extremely pleased with their service.

Heater core plugged
Heater was not working on my diesel truck and they quickly diagnosed a plugged heater core, flushed it, and now I don't freeze in the morning. They also let me know the status of the injectors, exhaust leak, and I may need to have the heater core replaced later.
