Both good shops
I can always depend on Scotty’s to take care of my automotive needs and I like both shops. I started out using the Rocklin shop because I worked in that area. Now that I’m retired, the Orangevale shop is closer to my home. “Both good shops”

Scotty's Pre-purchase used vehicle inspections.
Took 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan in for a pre-purchase inspection. $175
Well worth it. Saved me from purchasing a vehicle that had 2 broken and 2 cracked motor mounts which would have been $1350 repair. They also noted a leaking transmission gasket that would have been $450. Also noted rear brakes at 4MM. 3MM min.
Inspections are very thorough. Covers most anything imaginable.
If you're on the fence about a used vehile inspection, take it to Scotty's.
It may save you unknown or hidden expensive repairs.
