I liked that you called and told me exactly what the cost of the items I requested would be. I liked
the fact you didn't try to scare me into thinking; I needed more done other than what I ask to be done which was a simple oil change and replacing a light bulb. Some places take pictures and try to scare you into other repairs. Keep doing what you're doing and I'll keep coming back.
