Put Your Trust in Them!!
When I was a single lady, in a new location , in a new job, the day came when I needed car repair. Fortunately , I had heard the name Piedmont Tire & Auto several times. The skilled people at Piedmont do more than an excellent repair. They are patient to explain & honest in their work, so that you are assured of truthful answers to your car problems. I wish they could also fix kitchen appliances!!!

I recently had my car serviced at Piedmont Tire and Auto, and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and the staff was attentive to my needs. John was particularly helpful in explaining the necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand, and they patiently answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
What stood out to me was their clear communication throughout the entire process. I received regular updates on the status of my vehicle, and there were no surprises when it came to the final bill. The pricing was fair and transparent.
Beyond the efficient service, the team at Piedmont Tire and Auto went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Tailgate latch kit repair
I went to the dealership and 2 other body shops to discuss fixing my tailgate latch. The dealership & 1 shop wanted to replace the whole tailgate door as the fix ($2,700.00). The other body shop wouldn’t even touch it. Piedmont Tire & Auto said they would take a look. I dropped it off, by the end of the day I had a quote and authorized them to fix it. Done the same day. And they ordered and replaced the tailgate latch kit only without having to replace the whole tailgate (just under $1,000.00).
