I have a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and the alternator seized up and took out the serpentine belt. I had the
car towed to Mike's Automotive and Mike had it fixed in 24 hours after ordering a hard to find replacement alternator. Mike is a straight shooter and competent auto mechanic. He has earned my trust and future business. Wendy is a pleasure to deal with in the office too.

Stranded 2 hours from home in late afternoon and my car barely made it to the shop. The owner tried
immediately to locate the problem and get me on my way. However, the part needed was unavailable and it would require time to install. I can not say enough nice things about James. He was wonderful in every way and the cost was fair as well. I had never seen James before but he treated me as if I was his mother with the kindness he showed me. Thanks for a wonderful job.

Saf-T Auto. A Rare Gem.
I have been bringing all my cars there (4 cars) since 2021 after repeated horrible experiences at my
car's respective dealers. I have been extremely satisfied with their attention to detail, fair repair prices, their longer than normal repair warranties (3 years), and general honesty. On more than one occasion, I have brought one of my vehicles in and it was a simple fix which they didn't even charge for. Who does that?!!! Neil (owner), Bob & Justin explain things completely and let me know up front regarding cost and the necessity of the repair. And they also let me know about potential service issues that will need attention in the future. The techs there are very knowledgeable, many with first-hand direct knowledge of my vehicles' specific needs. There are very few service companies that are trustworthy to their core, SAF-T Auto is one of them in my experience.
