Our master technician, Readus, validated our concerns from the very beginning and listened to every d
etail we had to provide. He took his time to evaluate and investigate the noise we heard “you know how that goes”. Of course, it decided to be shy when we had a master mechanic on board. Readus shared what he saw, and gave us some ideas what to look out for as we continue to safely drive our vehicle. I am very grateful for his time and commitment to addressing our concerns.
