They are a bunch of liers!!!!!
We purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer in Sept. 2023 from Wrightway Haundi. Everyone was super nice until after the deal was done. To make a long story short the vehicle would not start when we went to leave the dealership. They had to jumpstart it. James Lindsey and Dairyann Freeman promised to reimburse us for the cost of a new battery. We have yet to see a reimbursiment. It didn't take them long for them to cash our downpayment check though.
They treat you good until they get your money and then could careless about you as a customer afterwards. They will lie to you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!! We will not be doing business with them again. I do not recommend to anyone. They are a bunch of liers. They need to change their names from Wrightway to Wrongway!!!! Very disappointed with their service.

Still haven't recieved or heard anything about my refund
They got a part in and thought it was mine so they just shipped it. Didn't check with me or anything. I had already recieved my part a week or so before this. So not only did they try to ship me 2 of the same parts I was double charged 280 dollars and still fighting for my refund. I been told they would reach out to me through email or phone call. Haven't heard from them either way. I've talked to 3 people and still no luck! Do not deal with this company please. They are horrible, especially service department!

They Fixed Frustrating Limp Mode
After a month & $1200+ bill elsewhere, my car wound up in permanent limp mode. So took to Wright Way Hyundai for diagnostics (1st time) which didn't help. Took back 2nd time for in-depth check & 3rd time to get limp mode taken care of. Even though 4th time I started car the check engine & airbag lights came on, the car still ran as it should. So far I have a normal running car again, thank goodness. Am 80 years old & long for non-computer/electronic cars.

I have been so happy with the service I have received at Wright Way Hyundai! I especially have been extremely pleased with the excellent service department. The Service Manager, Cornelius is absolutely the best. He is helpful, polite, knowledgeable and professional. Wright Way Hyundai is fortunate to have him. I would highly recommend Wright Way Hyundai to family, neighbors and friends.

Service at Wrightway Hyundai
Recently, I visited Wrightway Hyundai in Waynesboro, Virginia, for an annual state inspection as well as regular service for my Sonata. As always, the experience was a pleasant one from entry in a clean service area to the pleasant and helpful representatives. The waiting area was very nice, quiet, and allowed for social distancing. My car was finished in one hour and returned to me in perfect condition.
