Assisted us with our unscheduled problem, despite their fully-loaded scheduled work
We picked up a nail on the way home from work, dropped off the car and walked home, after adding a request for VA inspection, soon to be required. BR Auto worked us in with sufficient time to take our trip 2 days later, despite their fully-scheduled work load.

Jordan said they're good people and they do their best. They do a nice job but their attention to detail isn't all that great. When he picked up his vehicle, the light bulb in the blinker was out. He also had two vehicles there and they inspected the wrong one. They are able to handle his large fleet of vehicles, though, and he knows they care.

Fast and friendly
Appointment within a few days. Convenient for a drop off in the morning and pickup at the end of my work day. Staff always friendly and polite. I have been using their services for a few years already and so do several of my coworkers. I don’t see any reason to go anywhere else.
