Richard said the work was done well but there was no communication before the work was done. He was told that it was going to take an hour to an hour and a half, but when he got there, he had to pay for 3 hours. They explained to him that the reason he was charged for 3 hours is because the tow truck guy Nick did not give them his personal information.
