Eric said when they contacted him about parts needed they quoted him a price that was exceedingly high and said it was an OEM part from a local supplier. That supplier told him they didn't carry manufacturer parts and the part was $400 less than he was quoted by the place, so he couldn't recommend them for service. In the past he was happy with the work, these current people were different than the people he used to deal with, but he was not happy with that. In the end they put sparkplugs in the ignition coil, it took 15 minutes for him to do that and he was charged more to do that than all of the diagnostics, compression testing, adjusting things and checking the coil. He found that a little unusual and was trying somewhere else to do future work.

State inspection.
I was in for a state inspection. They found a problem with my suspension. They were able to find the parts needed and repair it in about an hours time. Less time than I have spent at other shops just to get an oil change. Good shop and good people to work with. Highly recommend.
