1. left rear reverse light. Parts and labor was $105.28
2. Cabin filter. Parts and labor was $63.56
3. Valve cover leaking. Parts and labor was $1038.79
4. Replace spark plugs. Parts and labor was $797.60
I don't believe anyone would go home and give a review of these charges and recommend a friend to take their vehicle there for service or repairs, so I gave them a low score on the survey. Justin Green called me and explained the reason for this quote. They were having a problem with the computer program. He explain to me the problem and gave me the quotes I should have and make things right. After getting these quotes and having an understanding of the problem I felt much better about their service and' quote's. Justin was very profesional in solving this problem. The service department was very prompt and helpful.
