Regular service
They are always helpful with questions about my vehicle very nice and knowledgeable about things to prevent future problems. They are the best guys in Birmingham. I have taken three vehicles there since I moved to Birmingham.

JOB DONE!!!!
I had transmission problems & didn't know who or which shop to chance taking my 2010 Hyundai genesis coupe too, because of many many let downs. I ran across them in my search for mechanic shops with good reviews. It was going to be a chance either way, because I've never been here or know of them other then they were close to my home. After reading their good reviews. I gave them a call & Brad, the owner blew me away. Being so down to earth. Kind & acknowledgeable about his knowledge about the business & appreciating people business & trusting his expertise & in giving them the best & quality service in the fastest time possible. He Diagnosed my problem very quickly. Gave me a durable price & options. And got the job done in less then a week. I will be taking all of my cars & telling anyone I know. Give this company a try. U maybe writing a review just like me. Plus, he's a peoples person. He knows how to communicate with people & give them his best advice. This guy is awesome! Check him out.......MLR

Belt and alternator
My serpentine belt broke right outside Birmingham, and not being from the city I was panicked there trying to get a tow and find a shop. I found both quickly calling around, but as for as the latter, only In Toycg assured me they could deal with my issue and fast. It turned out I also needed an alternator, but Bead and Zack put that and the new belt in efficiently, reassuringly, and quickly. They were also good storytellers, making the short waiting time go by quickly. I was out of the shop before noon and 1200 miles later reached my destination. The car's still running great.

Excellent Service!
The entire crew at IN Touch were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I dropped my car off on Friday and was able to pick up the following Thursday. In and out service was amazing and the work of quality is even better. Definitely would say the best shop I’ve been too and they definitely stay in touch and informative.

Down to earth automotive specialists!
I had just driven my car off the lot, when the car told me that it needed to be serviced, by the service light being on. I called the car lot first, they told to call the warranty people. I did, they told me to take it to I.N Touch. I am glad that I did, I felt like they saw me as someone. Not just a dollar sign, they looked at my car, made me feel at ease with trusting them to take car of my car. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great work, great atmosphere, and great automotive specialist that go beyond taking care of just your car!!!
