Oil change
Came in for a “scheduled” oil change for my stop daughters ‘22 Tucson. Appointment was at 10:15 but met the service guy Justin Pitchford at 10:00am
He said it would take 1 hour up to an hour and a half. 2 hours later I asked for an update. Finally got a hold of the service service who said they were just pulling it in. He came back about 30 mins later yo say they are just now pulling it in! In the meantime 2 customers that came in after I did were promptly helped and gone.
If you schedule an appointment then come back and say they’re a lot of vehicles today you should make concessions for that! Oh he offered me a Bill Millers plate as compensation.
Never again not apologetic or helpful .
