Spoke with Kathy. She stated she wanted to give them a rating of 8 overall. She said the business can serve her better by having better parking spaces or directions to park in the rear of building.

Nogi said that he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience due to the fact that the detailing this business did was very average and they could have done a better job. He also thought they overcharged him. It also took this business a very long time, it took this business a week and a half just to get back to him. He was not satisfied with the communication between him and his service advisor due to the lack of cleanliness. He was not satisfied with the quality of service work performed for all the reasons already mentioned. He would not recommend this business for service for all the above reasons.

Spoke with Lynn. Lynn said she gave a rating of 4 because there were a couple of delays. She said one of the delays was caused when the service advisor did not call when he said he would. She did not elaborate on the other delay. She chose not to answer concerning the quality of the repair because the RV has not been driven enough. They are seeking to purchase a diesel toy hauler and the business could serve them best by helping them find this RV.

Donald said he really likes all the friendly people at this business. He has recommended them to many others. He recently checked out the price of the domes for the vents at Wal-Mart and found they are priced the same as Poulsbo RV.
