Richard requested Chris, his service advisor, call him about the following. He said his most recent service visit was his first at Poulsbo RV. He brought his RV in because the refrigerator pulled a code. After he picked up his RV from this business, it sat in his driveway for 2 days. He approached his RV when he heard a sound, and discovered this business hadn't turned off his propane tank or his refrigerator. Richard pointed out because his driveway is tilted the refrigerator pulled a code again. He then turned off the propane tank and the refrigerator. Later, he turned the refrigerator back on, and it seemed fine. Richard wants to speak with Chris just to lt him know what happened. Aside from forgetting to turn off the propane tank and the refrigerator, everything else this business did was fine.

Ben said he gave them a tool so they rewired his brakes and they did not use it causing it to blow a fuse. It took them 2 hours trying to figure out what caused the blown fuse. That is the reason why he was not satisfied with the quality. He chose not to elaborate what specific tool he gave them to use.

Linda said the business and her service advisor were wonderful. She dealt with Chris at the business and he was fantastic. She had a problem with her RV and needed to leave town. She called the business, Chris got her in and got her RV done, and she was very appreciative.

Wayne said he ordered a tow bar and trailer hitch kit for his vehicle. He took two trips to the business because the first time the parts weren't in. It is very inconvenient for them to travel to the business since they have to take time off work. He mentioned that the business could help them and other customers by making better hours.

Thomas said he found body damage on the left rear corner of his RV. He is sending an email with pictures to the business to see what the problem is and it looks like when they moved it around with the lift truck it happened. The business's service was good and the professionalism was good.

Bob said he wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of service work performed on his RV and he would rate it a 4, because he had to take his vehicle back to the business. There was an electrical issue that they had to resolve and eventually, they did correct the problem.

Donald said that he had the black water valve and the grey water valve replaced on his RV. When he got home, he noticed that both the valves were in open position, so any of the residue would have washed down to the release area. When he looked in the release area, it was completely full. He went to the sewage dump and all of it splashed on him. The business could serve him better by making sure the valves are in closed position, after they are finished working on them. He said he felt that this minor issue was a lack of communication and he doesn't want it to happen to anyone else, however, he doesn't want this to be a bad reflection of the business. Meredith was great.

James said he is looking to purchase another RV as soon as he finds one that meets his needs. He did not elaborate what his needs were. He was really impressed with Scott. Scott did a good job of taking care of both his vehicle and RV.

Penny said she had been into a competitor 3 times for the same problem and the problem was never fixed. She came into this business and the problem was properly repaired in 2 hours. She complimented Meredith, her service advisor, and said she was fabulous. She is thinking of purchasing another RV in a year or two. She has no specific plans for a make or model at this time.

Timothy said there were a few reasons he rated 4 overall. He had trouble with the television tracking and it turned out there was a glitch with the people that provided the service, but that had nothing to do with this business. The technician basically asked questions Timothy had asked himself, and kind of pushed it along, so they were helpful, and he wasn't dissatisfied, but nothing technical was done. There was a little misunderstanding between employees as to who was going to do some work, which caused a small delay, and they recommended a roof repair he didn't think was necessary. His service advisor told him a 15 point inspection was done but didn't say what it was, and then came out with a roof repair recommendation for some cracks. He thought it was a little too much for the cracks they'd repair, and when he saw a sign adverting a special on roof repair, he thought they were pushing roof repairs. Timothy always has work done right away when it's needed no matter where he's located. Last year he had a sailboat repair done in Mexico. There was also a 5 minute delay with the slide after they'd run a cycle, but they told him that was normal because it got hot. He spoke with them about a new Tiffin but they couldn't agree on trade-in value. He was happy with most of his experience, everybody was good, they got it out that day, and he would return.
