Frances said he didn't rate his overall experience with this business higher because they didn't fix his door like they were supposed to. After he picked up his RV the door flung open, and he had to return to this business for them to fix it. Because of the above he wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of service work performed on his RV. His overall experience with this business was very positive, and this business is a vast improvement over other RV businesses he has gone to.

Marc was not completely satisfied with the overall service experience because there were 2 things he wanted completed last time. The first was to have the blind shade above the bed fixed by restring, which was not done, but he could not leave the vehicle to be done later. The other was a price quote on a new shade for above the bathroom window. A new shade was ordered and he was told it would be in within a couple of days, but it has been a couple of weeks now. He was not completely satisfied with the communication because he had to call his service advisor for updates.

Spoke with Nancy. She stated that she had asked the business to paint match the ceiling where the manufacturer had moved the light fixture in the RV but they didn't do that. The business put a hole in one of her screens on the back of the RV. She would like someone from the business to contact her about the above-mentioned issues. Nancy wasn't satisfied with the quality because of the above-mentioned reasons. She said that the people are very nice at the business. When they purchased the RV the business wasn't pushy that is why they went back to them.

Rich said after having completed the first oil change on the vehicle and drove it about 100 miles down the road, the service light came on. When he popped the hood he saw the oil cap had not been put back on. He had to unhook the battery after replacing the cap to get the service light to go off.

Spoke with Crystal. She said they are going to come down again to have them go over some things that didn't quite sink in when they were explaining to them. She is going to make a list first. There was an area they park the vehicle to show the vehicle to the customer. The vehicle wasn't parked there. They parked it by the dump. It was hard to walk around. She and James were stumbling over things. She was afraid she would trip. There were no vehicles parked in the showing area at the time. They should've put her vehicle there she would've felt safer.

Spoke with Dorothy. She said she needed the hitch helper and the leveling bar replaced and when she got her vehicle back the leveling bar was not tightened. There was no time promised for the repairs to be completed. She had to figure out how to tighten the leveling bar herself. She had trouble trying to level her trailer before she could tighten the leveling bar and it was disappointing. Meredith is wonderful and very helpful. The business could serve her better by making sure everything is tightened.

Spoke with Nancy. She said they are starting to look at new RV's and went to the sales lot and spoke with Steve. She said he showed them 2 RVs and then escorted them off the lot. Nancy said she felt put out. She has since called back and another salesman said he would take her to any lot she wanted to look at more RVs. Also he told her about consignments that are available and Steve did not mention those to her.

Ted said that he has already recommended this business to others. He is from Georgia and his air conditioner broke down while he was on a trip, and he really appreciated that this business took him in and provided him with emergency service. He was glad they were able to fit him in around his local customers and they really took care of his needs.

Gary said there was some dirt left on the carpet in the driver's area that wasn't there when he brought in his RV. That was the one thing that kind of bothered him a little bit. Other than that they worked with him and they did what he asked. Also, he had a multi-point check done but he didn't get anything written that they had actually checked those things. Due to the dirt left on the carpet from the employee that drove it, he wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the service work. His service advisor was a great guy who was attentive and full of energy.
