Criminal negligence
These people don't want to do their jobs, as a representative of Hyundai they should be held to a high standard and are culpable for negligence. My attorney advised that Hyundai is paying out people for refusing to fix critical issues in their brand new cars.

Horrible Customer Service. Trash Service Department.
Buyer beware.
I bought my 2019 Tuscon from the Gainesville, FL location in 2019...or 2020, it's been a minute... and I LOVE my car... even despite the issues I am now having... Fast forward to October 2023, my sunroof began leaking. I have all of about 20,000 miles on my car... I contacted corporate because despite call after call, I was unable to reach Gainesville's location. I was met with a message from corporate suggesting that I try again, and basically brushed me off. I was finally able to get a live body and an appointment way out into the later part of 2023. They had my car 2 - 3 weeks, replaced the sunroof completely and despite this, it is still leaking. I have emailed, called, texted, sent videos and pictures and I am basically being told "our techs did a pressure test, nothings wrong"... meanwhile if I so much as wash my car I have to place a wash cloth or napkin into the crook of the sunroof so it can consume the water before it sits in my roof and molds.... which I am very much allergic to. They've met my concerns with "the plugs have been drained" "nothing we see" but can CLEARLY see that it is a slow to mid-speed leak. I have been nothing but polite and kind, but consistent...and while I am well aware more flies are caught with honey, there's not enough honey in the world at this point.
I have owned cars with sunroofs, and NEVER have I ever experienced this let alone the piss-poor customer care, service, or concern. The advisor I've been messaging with lately has been sympathetic and friendly, but at this point, something's got to give.

Bunch of liars threatening lives
Stay far away from this scum dealership. My vehicle had issues since I bought it. It took 3 years of oil change visits for a loaner to finally become available for me to have the option to have the issues diagnosed. After 1 month of Luciano Nunez and Reggie Horton in service keeping my vehicle, nothing was done. They are short on mechanics and lied about even diagnosing my car. The check engine light was on and all they did was clear the codes and the history and said it was fine. A few days later the check engine light came right back on. But this isnt even half of the story. Due to their negligence of not working on my car, I had the loaner for 1 month and received a call on the 31st day by the sales manager Mario LUNCHMAN (he is very insecure when I mispronounced his name) threatening to make a false police report for a stolen vehicle. I was in the middle of work and tried to make arrangements to return the loaner over the weekend, I cant just drop what I'm doing to return their loaner especially after my car was still not fixed. Mario LUNCHMAN and Eric Duke the parts director demanded I return the loaner immediately after realizing I had the loaner for an extended time which was NOT my fault. Not once during the month that my car was in service did I receive a call, NOT A SINGLE TIME. I called several times and waited on hold for an hour each time just to be told my vehicle was NEVER touched. The only fact that they wanted the loaner back asap prompted them to clear all codes on my car and tell me "the issue cant be duplicated". And on top of that Eric Duke said I should have never been given a loaner since I did not buy my Hyundai from their dealership. Parks Hyundai of Gainesville is filled with a bunch of scumbags who are ready to file false felony police reports. Oh and lets not forget this, Eric Duke even threatened that if I didnt return the vehicle he would remotely turn it off while I'm driving. So not only did they threaten false felony reports but they threatened to cause a life threatening accident to myself and other drivers. I never even recieved any apologizes or contact from the general manager because they dont care. Stay far away from this pos dealership!!!

Under control
I had a scary moment of my car losing oil but zero evidence of where. I was able to drop the car off (zoom for work) and they had to time to give a thorough review and the car was returned repaired. What was nice was the communication about what was known AND unknown while they worked on it. I love the honesty and clarity of the service department of Parks Hyundai.
