Polite and Timely Service
I brought my car in for an oil change. The scheduling process was very easy and the service representative quickly ordered an Uber driver for me. I explained when I needed my car and it was ready right on time. While at the dealership, everyone was polite and helpful.

Friendly and informative service, but room for improvement
From door to waiting room the service is excellent. Fast, friendly and informative.
The interior is very clean and well stocked.

Unfortunately the wait in between was lengthy without explanation. Only once towards the end of a two and a half hour wait did I receive an update on the status of my vehicle.

The recite states that gas & go service was performed but was not done and a valve stem cap on a tire is now gone.

Excellent service advisor given difficult circumstances
Service advisor called shortly after the review was left to discuss my concerns. I was assured that my concerns would be discussed with the service director and efforts will be made to provide customers with more accurate wait times. The dealership is struggling to find workers like many other industries. However, as a customer I would prefer a response of "I'm not sure but I'll get back with you as soon as I have a better idea" rather than an overly optimistic estimate. Looking forward to improvements next time I visit.

Over three hour wait for oil change
Over a three hour wait for an oil change when I had an appointment is simply unacceptable. Apologies were made, however I was told it would be an hour when I handed the keys over.

Oil change
I still spent all day waiting for my car to have a simple oil change but they did fix the other mistake and that was very nice of them to do. It shouldn't of happened but we are all human. I appreciate that they went out of their way to help with this.
