Nova replaced my original rear bumper with a non standard bumper, ignored the damage that was done to the passenger side rear guard and replaced 2 of my wheels without authorization.
My vehicle was NOT rear ended in the collision it was hit in the passenger side rear guard.
My vehicle was brought in with 3 black tires and 1 silver tire but returned with 2 black tires & 2 silver tires which were neither on the estimate nor related to the collision.
