They diagnosed the issue and gave me options, all transparent, top customer service and responsive to all questions. I will take my Benz for software update to dealer (no choice) and all work after will be at LocoExotics only.

Over the past 5 years ago I have not worked with anyone but LoCo Exotics because they understand the value of building lasting relationships. In the past week I had my 911 Turbos S serviced and asked them to look at transmission slippage at high RPM gear changes. After my day out yesterday, both me and the guy on the Honda CBR can confirm the issue has been resolved.
Thanks to Greg and the guys at Loudoun Exotics my trucks is back up and running. I came in with a difficult issue and they quickly sourced the parts and made my truck 100%!
Greg also recently helped me find my son his new daily driver that we are extremely happy with. He meticulously went through the vehicle before the sale and sold us an amazing X3 BMW! We will be returning for all our vehicle needs to Loudoun Exotics. They provide A+++ service!

Friendly, trust worth and excellent service
My car enthusiast neighbor recommended Loudoun County Exotics. I gave it a go because I was tired of getting ripped off by Auto Maintenance shop in the past. My car is Lexus 350 - it has been 2.5 years and I am happy with the service - they get to diagnoses and service quickly. Friendly and trust worthy, I would definitely recommend this place.
