Broke my door handle and refused to make it right
Dropped my car off for some repairs and all was completed to my satisfaction. Had my u-bolt replaced as well as a brake job, and ended up spending around 2k at this place. When I dropped my car off at the shop my door handle and lock were functioning on the driver-side door. Upon picking up my car and driving home, I noticed the shop had broken my door handle and I could not get out of the car from the inside. I took the car back to them the next day and they refused to fix it for free. They quoted me for a 100-dollar repair which I agreed to. The next day they called me and upped the quote to almost 400 saying the actuator was broken. Ironic that all their advertising talks about their honesty and making car repairs stress-free.... the opposite experience here. The shop should have fixed the lock and broken handle FOR FREE.
