Vehicle worked much better before they worked on it. They only wanted to be aurgmenative instead of offering to fix the problem they were paid too. After research there was a large mark on parts and random shop fees when they already itemized the marked up items needsed. They ordered new parts but canceled them for cheaper recongnitioned parts from Napa without telling me. They said they would only refund if they put water back in the brake system. They didn't offer to fix it, but tried to upsell other fixes. They dont understand that I dont care what parts you fix just as long as it works. If you say this is the problem, then you fix that problem and it works less well than when it came in, you did something wrong. You should immediately try to make it right.
