Not Honest

Took my Durango in June 30 made appointment to have water pump replaced was quoted a bit over $700 they called me back and said it was a bad clamp and a bad heater hose and it would cost a bit over $300 Took it home and it still leaked, so Took it back and they said it was a bad radiator cap and another bad clamp and that would be a bit over $200 called me back and said it was still leaking and I needed a new water pump. Exactly what I wanted when I dropped it off
Now I'm over $550 and it's still not working
I am a Disabled Vet and health is fading trying to get my rig up and going and I run head first right into a ripoff.

Not Honest!

Vehicle worked much better before they worked on it. They only wanted to be aurgmenative instead of offering to fix the problem they were paid too. After research there was a large mark on parts and random shop fees when they already itemized the marked up items needsed. They ordered new parts but canceled them for cheaper recongnitioned parts from Napa without telling me. They said they would only refund if they put water back in the brake system. They didn't offer to fix it, but tried to upsell other fixes. They dont understand that I dont care what parts you fix just as long as it works. If you say this is the problem, then you fix that problem and it works less well than when it came in, you did something wrong. You should immediately try to make it right.

If I could have given them one spike of a star I would have. Not worth a whole star.

If they thought going door to door selling coupons to people would spike their business they were wrong. They are not honest. The first time I went in for an oil change they were rude and it cost me two coupons. The second time it cost me two coupons then I was advised I would have pay out of pocket extra $15. approx . Today I went in and it cost me for the same job two coupons and $62. They were very rude every time I've been there.

Don't waste your time or money

First I had to endure all of mechanics having a verbal brawl to see who could yell the loudest throughout the complex. It really upset my Down syndrome son this is the store located on turn 23rd Street Vancouver Washington
Secondly I couldn't get an appointment right away after my diagnosis so I had to bring it in about 4 days later at which I dropped off promptly at scheduled appointment 10 a.m. at 10:40 a.m. they still haven't taken my truck in instead they waited on all the walk-ins that came in after me. By then I was pretty fed up so I just walked out with my truck not being fixed.

Dont waste your time!!

I had my truck in to get my tail lights and trailer lights fixed. I took the truck in 4 times because my lights kept going out, and every time I brought it back in it seemed like I had another bill between $300-$600 every time! Over $1,300 later my lights quit working again and now I am 3 states away. When another mechanic looked at the wiring done of re wiring the tail lights, he could believe the work they did and said that the wiring job was horrible of who ever did it. I have always brought my vehicles here for simple oil changes, and had referred them to family and friends in the past, but have showed them what their latest work is, so they are going elsewhere. I will never bring another vehicle to these guys and will be filing a report to the BBB for poor workmanship, and being a rip off mechanic shop. If you would like pictures of there so called wiring job let me know.

Terrible terrible experience !!! People doesn't know nothing about the mechanic !!! Bad customer service,and really bad experience!!! I'm not boing to recommended anybody!!! Never again

Andrew said the service on his vehicle was done fast. He took his vehicle in to flush the transmission, drain the fluid and change the filter. When he picked it up, he was told they did not flush the transmission because it had too many miles on it. There was no way for them to know how many miles were on his transmission due to the fact it is rebuilt.
