Excellent and Affordable Service
I took in my vehicle to fix my window motor, get a new battery, and alternator for my elder vehicle. Every need and cost was explained via a phone call before servicing the vehicle. I appreciate the honest hard work and affordability. I also like to support local Asian operated businesses within our community. This was a win-win. Not going any where else for vehicle repairs.

Hi Tech: Knowledgeable, Honest, Fast and Genuinely Nice
When I was new to Portland (5 years ago now) my daughter and her husband recommended Hi Tech. I am so glad. It is amazing to me how they can service and repair so many different kinds of cars and trucks. David is knowledgeable and smart. I totally trust them.

These guys are awesome, very seamless experience
My uncle recommended Hi-Tech to me so when my car broke down I called them. It was a Monday when I called and they were working on it Tuesday morning. They called when there was something they could replace while they have it accessible and letting me know if it's something that could wait or if it was important. David was really nice every time I spoke to him, I would definitely recommend and I'll be taking my vehicles there from now on.

The BEST auto repair shop in town!
I've been a customer of Hi-Tech Auto Repair for several years, and I can't express enough how impressed I am with their service. The professionalism and expertise they offer are truly remarkable, and their prices are reasonable. I’ve consistently been satisfied with my experiences there and will not go anywhere else I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone! Do not waste your time going anywhere else.

Quick and communicative
David's team got my car (10 year old rav4) in and out quickly. He communicated that there were other cars ahead of mine and called me to let me know what the issue was my alternator. Offered the solution and gave me time to process it. Picked up the car less than 24 hours after I dropped it off. He let me know about the roadside assistance should anything else happen. Great experience with him and his team. 5/5

Honest and affordable. Quality work
