My wife's car had an exhaust leak. I called to schedule a time to bring it in and was given an appointment date and time. I arrived a little early but they took me right in, examined the source of the leak and gave me an estimate, which I considered to be reasonable. The final bill was about 30% less than the estimated cost. They were very pleasant and honest.
I was very pleased with the service I got. And Brian, who was at the front desk was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The service was quick and efficient and not overly costly. I would definitely come back.
