Went in thinking I needed new tires because the tires I have are old. Steve said he would feel bad selling me new tires because it doesn’t need them. I really appreciate the honesty with the shop, they do quality work, great staff, reasonable pricing and are very efficient. I won’t take my truck any where else.
I stopped in for the first time with no appt. scheduled, needing to buy a good used tire & they got Me in right away to put the tire on. All the employees there were very friendly & kind.
I had a slow leak in a tire. I stopped by without an appointment. The shop was busy, but they fit me in almost immediately. They showed me the screw they had removed from the tire. They repaired the leak from the inside, and I was done and on my way in less than 30 minutes. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Also friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
My truck was handling bad and needed new tires, so zI took it to Middlefield Tire. While there they also found and showed me that both of my upper ball joints were bad (one more than the other) and while replacing the tires they showed me how the steel belt on one of my front tires had actually separated, no wonder the truck was handling so poorly. So they replaced and balanced four new tires, replaced both ball joints and aligned the front end in one day. The truck drives great now. I appreciate the service, the friendly attitude of the workers and the cost of the repair. I’ll continue to use Middlefield Tires for my tire and suspension needs.
The owner is a great stand up guy, and it shows in the employees he has. Been buying tires , and now car service for over 15 years. ( just getting too old to spin wrenches any more). Quoted me a price higher than what I paid, the work wasn't needed. And he's not a chain store! One store, one owner, awesome service.
Brought in a very flat tire on a busy morning, and they offered to call me when it was fixed. They did call me, not long after and when I stopped in to pick it up, Steve noticed a lull in the work bays and asked if they should put the tire on and replace my spare. I was thrilled, and hadn’t expected to be able to request the tire mounting based on the busy morning, but it saved me a ton of time and effort. We have been going to Middlefield Tire for auto service on many different vehicles for at least 40 years, and will continue to do so. Great people, outstanding customer care and extremely fair pricing, not to mention quality work.
I dropped my tire off in the morning. I had a nail in it. I spoke with Matt and Steve at the front counter who are amazing. They said they’d have the guys take a look at it. I got a call that night that my tire was fixed. We’ve used Middlefield Tire for years. Always great service
Everything went well. The new waiting area is very nice. It’s always a bonus when technicians leave the seat where I leave it and also the radio station unchanged
