First time user- I was pleasantly surprised. I felt the service was good and quick. The price was fair and appropriate- I did use a coupon. They provided feedback as requested regarding additional upcoming service needs. Only thing else they could have done for me would have been to reset the dashboard service reminder. I also am one who likes the decal windshield reminder for next oil change due. No more dealership service for my car!
I'm new to the middlefield area. No husband, no family I could turn to for help with my car. I called them they got me in. Told them there was a banging noice in the back. They checked it out. They were very professional, took care of my problem. Steve was amazing. I would highly recommend them

My wife's car had an exhaust leak. I called to schedule a time to bring it in and was given an appointment date and time. I arrived a little early but they took me right in, examined the source of the leak and gave me an estimate, which I considered to be reasonable. The final bill was about 30% less than the estimated cost. They were very pleasant and honest.
