Service on recalls
My HONDA had a recall on the air-conditioning system. That recall included two parts, but when I went in to talk to the dealership about it, although they agreed those two parts that were under the warranty would be fixed, they also told me they would not fix it unless they could also fix The evaporator if it was broken. The cost of repairing the evaporator would be $2500. It does mean no good to be promised that my air-conditioning will be fixed when it is in a recall mode if that recall doesn’t include all parts related to the air conditioning. And I am very dissatisfied with Honda because of this.
