My car needed a long (120,000 mile) servicing, and I was confident from past experience that Mark would do just that and be accountable in writing. Plus, there wasn't any surprise added things, like my concern about my steering wheel being a little wonky. It wasn't, but Mark could have done some fake "work" on it and charged me for it. He simply tested my steering wheel and said it was fine and needed nothing, to my great relief.
Car overheated. In a timely manner, Mark identified and fixed the issue. He also found out I needed new rear brakes. Unfortunately he spent four more hours than normal and replacing them due to complications of pins being driven Into the drums
He went the extra mile and charged me only for the parts and no labor.

Mark was very friendly, I had an oil change and filters replaced before a large moving road trip across the country. More expensive than usual but overall fantastic service.
We have been going to Marks for over 15 years with all our vehicles. Always dependable, trustworthy clear and sensible with all our cars, and no different this time with our Lexus which we just recently bought used and wanted an evaluation.
Marks has never failed us and they always try hard to fix vehicle issues or offer alternative solutions. If I wrote a review every time we received service, it would be like a broken record of us saying the same things about them. Mark runs his shops very well and employs honest and knowledgeable techs.

This was my first visit to Mark’s. Very pleased with oil change and identification of some other problems that were able to be resolved quickly. I will be going back!
Mark looked at my vehicle, and provided only the services he deemed needed. Compared to the dealer who quoted me nearly 2k, Mark’s service costed only 1/10th of that number. I will surely be booking my next service appointment with him.
