Great communication, straight to the point, top tier work.
After having multiple mobile mechanics not be able to fix my car, or fully diagnose, I finally took got a tow and took it in to KD for the first time. They were going on vacation next day, with the shop closing for over a week, and was very communicative about it being a bigger job than initially anticipated, and not wanting to rush. The car already sat for a few months so I really didn't mind, I was just personally elated that someone cared enough to not rush, possibly miss something, and end up having more in the end. I got a call the day prior to when I thought they were back, with full updates on what was wrong and exactly all the work that had to be put in just to get it to run. What an astounding surprise! After another day or so, my car was back running better than ever and they even cleared up some other misinformation from prior mechanics that made me feel more at ease. 10/10 work, people, communication, and environment. Kudos to everyone at the shop!

Fast, responsive and professional

Kevin and the team performed what I asked. Kevin also gave me a list of ‘action items’ for the next year. It was very helpful to understand what services I need to get in the near future.

Inspection on a vehicle for purchase
Amazing surface, Kevin and team has done a very thorough inspection on a car that I was going to purchase. They found a big problem with the car and protected me from making a bad purchase.

202k fj cruiser; rides like new
Kevin and the team did a bang up job. New shocks, new front drive, new steering support thing. changed from original in a beach jeep that had extensive corrosion. Aligned the system and it rides better than ever. I think a big name shop would have thrown in the towel.

Helpful car checkup
Did a diagnostic check on my mini cooper and found an engine code and a few other issues I didn't know about. They couldn't fix the engine code issue but gave me a referral to someone who could and didn't charge me for diagnosis because of it. Helpful and friendly.

Needed work done on a fleet vehicle
They got me in as soon as possible and found the issue with my vehicle faster than any other shop. They then fixed it and got it ready within a day

Best Alignment
The folks at KD did a great job on our alignment got our 2019 Volvo XC90 RDesign. They went above and beyond to get it right. They also spent significant effort to reset a stupid tpms warning that was unrelated to the work they did. Great shop. Professional, clean, money well spent.

Great Experience
Kevin is very friendly and knowledgeable. He opened up some time to work on my Honda with a tight window to complete all maintenance and repairs. Car was ready within a day. Very happy with the work and overall experience. Highly recommend.

Kevin was over the top in providing service. Quick to diagnose the issue, get my Jeep in for service, and providing a loaner to get home were just a few as aspects of his excellent service besides the quality of work in the repair.
