A wonderful experience

Excellent Service
Len's have been servicing my cars since I moved to Bellevue. My neighbor recommended them to me in the late 1990's. Current service yesterday replaced a 5yr old battery that lasted 7 1/2 years - quality parts. Shuttle service returning me home was appreciated.

Len’s is great! Will be going back.
I really appreciate the help they gave me today. I work in Bellevue and my car just felt like it was running terrible on my way to work and I called them. He told me to pull up so he could put it on the reader. He told me what could be wrong with it from the codes. Gave me a fair price in a detailed pricing breakdown. I had to see if it was financially possible. It was and I called them back and asked them if could possibly get it in today. They ordered the part immediately and I dropped it off and it was done just two about 2 hours later. Also their free shuttle service back to my work while they worked on my car, and they came and shuttled me back once my car was done. Bless their hearts for being so human, kind and getting my car running so much better. I will always recommend these gentlemen! Great job guys and thanks again.

Quick and qualitative service
Very qualitative and quick oil change. The technicians are very experienced, checked out my vehicle for any other issues and made a plan for fixing it. Very friendly staff, this will be my go-to service for any automotive needs. Highly recommend!

Fast and professional
Very professional shop. They did a full inspection advised what should be done and the cost and gave me the opportunity to add or decline services. After approving the oil change my car was ready within the hour. And the service light removed.
