Worst customer service ever
My wife brought her Tuscon in for an oil change and was treated so poorly and then refused service by Matt Franceschini who told her "he wasn't going to work with her" after all she wanted to do was get checked in. He was argumentative and talked bad about my wife to a co-worker and laughed. He told us we could get it serviced elsewhere (which we did and will do from now on) hard to believe you spend all that money on a car and get told they won't work on it because someone was butt hurt my wife wanted to get checked in and on her way but because of commission she couldn't. If 0 stars was an option I would give it because honestly people like these don't deserve any stars. If you are going to work in a service job you should be able to deal with any customer with professionalism.

If you like your vehicle damaged while being worked on this is the place for you! They do not take responsibility for actions of employees. Do yourself a favor and find a different dealer or shop.

Never get called back
I have called four times for questions regarding my warranty with Tabitha. Not once has she called me back. Everytime i have gone in she has been sick or leaves early sick. Very unreliable person i am stuck dealing with.

Never get called back

Poor sevice
I called and left four messages no one ever returned my call until i complained in an on line chat. I feel as though the service department is a scam i have a 2018 Hyndai Tucson and the passenger window will not go up or down. They are saying they need the vehicle for 24 hours and cost $160.00 just to look at it and it probably won't be covered in my 100,000 mile warranty. I have had the car for three years and the window mechanical part doesn't work and isn't covered. I don't want to be ripped off by this dealership that has repeatedly given me poor service for an item that should be covered. I can not get a straight answer from anyone. Just come in leave the car for 24 hours and then there is a big chance its not covered. Why get a warranty then?

Oil change
Had an 8:30 am oil change and tire rotation appointment. Got there about 8:15. Did not get done till near 11:30. 3 hours for an oil change and rotation Might wanna light a fire under those service techs. Never seen a group of people move so slowly. After had a bad leak from the oil filter after i left and had to return. Another 90 minutes pgone. Nice way to blow an engine. Service advisor did all he could to help out. Not a good day
