Excellent service from sales staff
I’ve been looking for a sonata hybrid limited since May. Found “my car” on car gurus at the Joe Holland dealership. Made a phone call to Doug G who was more than helpful answering texts about the car. I contacted him two days later (on his day off) and car was still available. After some discussion they agreed to drive the car to me in Ohio, over 200 miles and take my trade on the way back. I was able to do the paperwork to purchase the car electronically. It couldn’t have been a smoother process. Very impressed with Doug G and staff to make this a smooth transaction and couldn’t be more happy with “my car”.
