Solved our issue
We came to the dealership because of a strange noise we heard when driving our Prius. It was quickly diagnosed as a loose muffler fitting and repaired while we waited for a reasonable cost. Very good service

Very disappointed in this dealership
The truck that they supplied me with, wouldn't have put a stray dog in it.
Their was no excuse for this!!!

Great timing on a great vehicle
JR and the financial crew at Don Wood have helped me out tremendously. From when I arrive to trade my vehicle to when they fix the sequoia and a problem that happened to pop up after I bought it without questions asked. The financial folks at Don Wood worked well with me to get where I needed to be. And the follow up to fix the bumper that had some aesthetic damage was quick and fantastic. They also fixed a noise that happened three days after I bought the vehicle without questions asked when it wasn’t necessarily needing to be so I would recommend JR and the folks at Don Wood based on this experience no questions asked.
