I would like thank everyone for the love we got, Let me say what I seen while we were waiting on 1st salesman was amazing, they have so much respect an love an more than coworkers they are a family,( im bad with names ) I moved from one lot to across the street to another and I told the young man in there I had talked to someone across the road and that we were looking at to buy a different car he called across the road to see who we talked to let him know we were over there looking at another car, instead of taking the sell for himself, That is what true love , respect, for others .thank you young man for showing us there is still great people in the world an for each of you who took time show us so much love an respect treated us like family.Mr.&Mrs.Bill an May Greene

Go see Allen
I had been to several dealerships over several months and was “helped” by several different sales reps. Most all of them took down my name and phone number and I told them exactly what I wanted and was very motivated to buy. Not one of them called or texted me, until I talked to Allen. What I wanted wasn’t on the lot at the time but he took note and messaged me as soon as they came in. (And I mean as soon as they came in! They were still wrapped and weren’t even checked and on the lot yet.) Within days Allen helped me find the perfect car I wanted, got me a good deal, and I drove away a happy customer!

In the last three years dealing with Joe Holland Hyundai Service has become increasingly problematic. I have been calling for two days to set an appointment for vehicle inspection, oil change and other routine service. My earlier voice mail was not returned, so at 2pm I went to them to try to set an appointment but they couldn't find Josh and after 15 minutes I left. The net day I took my car to Village Auto at 9am and they had it ready by 10am. At 10:45am Josh finally returned my call. Joe Holland definitely does not put the customer first. Perhaps this is just a personnel problem as I noticed Josh's desk appeared very cluttered whereas the other service clerks desks were very tidy. It is all my fault; I should have bought a VW from Joe Holland, then I could have received better service. This is the third time I've had a bad experience in the last three years. I just had body damage fixed at Joe Holland body shop and it was a very good experience. It is a shame the service department is so disagreeable now when previously (this is my second Hyundai from them) the service was excellent. My next car will not be from Joe Holland.

Excellent service from sales staff
I’ve been looking for a sonata hybrid limited since May. Found “my car” on car gurus at the Joe Holland dealership. Made a phone call to Doug G who was more than helpful answering texts about the car. I contacted him two days later (on his day off) and car was still available. After some discussion they agreed to drive the car to me in Ohio, over 200 miles and take my trade on the way back. I was able to do the paperwork to purchase the car electronically. It couldn’t have been a smoother process. Very impressed with Doug G and staff to make this a smooth transaction and couldn’t be more happy with “my car”.

I just like dealing with Joe Holland Chevrolet/Hyundai. From Shirley who answers the phone to Josh our service advisor it is usually a great experience. I am definitely a proponent of Hyundai vehicles.

Very good service
Service Department does good job. Problem is Hyundai brand. Apparently our 2015 Sonata with the 2.4 GDI could possibly quit at any time without warning causing a crash. Very disappointed that Hyundai would allow this to happen.
