Quality of repair was very good. The customer service / communication was horrific!
86 days from green light on repair to completion. In fairness, there was a 6 week wait for parts due to auto strike. That was expected. The remaining time was a disorganized cluster! The adjusters ( 2 of them) dropped the ball at least twice adding weeks to the repair time. The owner does seems to care and realizes that they have some staffing concerns. In summary, the repair looks great however the customer service part is awful. I should have listened to the other reviews with the same concern. I will not repeat and can not recommend this repair shop unless they do a complete 180 on servicing their customers.
