I apologize that we did not have the time set available that day but by the tread depth you were not due for a tire rotation anyway. At the next oil change you will be due, when you call to schedule an appointment please make sure to mention that. When we are making appointments there are no reminders that pop=up for us in that screen unfortunately.

Vérifié ClientWhile I understand it is frustrating when the noise does not present itself and a problem cannot be found, please understand that we did have time into a technician test driving and inspecting the vehicle. Unfortunately, no one works for free so there is a basic charge; similar to going to a doctor only to be told it's viral and there is nothing they can do for you.
