I apologize that we did not have the time set available that day but by the tread depth you were not due for a tire rotation anyway. At the next oil change you will be due, when you call to schedule an appointment please make sure to mention that. When we are making appointments there are no reminders that pop=up for us in that screen unfortunately.

Vérifié ClientWhile I understand it is frustrating when the noise does not present itself and a problem cannot be found, please understand that we did have time into a technician test driving and inspecting the vehicle. Unfortunately, no one works for free so there is a basic charge; similar to going to a doctor only to be told it's viral and there is nothing they can do for you.

Vérifié ClientUnfortunately, since we do everything by appointment there is not always additional time available. Our schedule that day was completely full for all four techs and, while we were running on time, no one was ahead of schedule to be able to assist in the rotate while the oil change was being performed. On your particular truck the oil change takes additional time from the 30 miuntes scheduled due to the skid plates that have to be removed to do the basic oil change. We schedule by appointment out of respect for our customers time but that also does not leave us with open time in most cases. The appointment that was scheduled after yours was also there and waiting as he arrived 35 minutes early. I know I said I would see what I could do but I did not have another tech get ahead to help get the rotate done as I was hoping would happen.
The thing that would help us and to prevent this in the future, would be to schedule an oil change and tire rotation every time so we have enough time scheduled for you to get both completed at the same appointment.
