Service writers are dismissive and uneducated. My car came back dirty. $182 for 4 spark plugs???? I dont think so.

Went in for a software recall. Had my oil changed at the same time with no hassle. They even provided a courtesy shuttle to and from the dealership so I could carry on with my day

Would not cover chrome wearing off door handle on a year old car.
They said it was normal wear and tear. Sales manager said he would look into the situation, but so far I haven’t heard anything back

I was early and they were still ready to process my car for the appointment. The process was clearly laid out and I was updated as the check and repairs took place. All charges were explained very clearly and all the people I worked with were very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service.
