We purchased a GV80 5 weeks ago. We drove it for 3 days and the computer went out. We were given a loaner but they do not seem capable of fixing the car. With the app that comes with the car we can see when activity is going on with the car. For the first 2 weeks we saw no activity. After I called and started to complain then we began to see a lot of activity with the car. We were told they found the problem and it would take a week to get the part. It took 2 weeks for them to receive the part. We got a call today that the car is still not operable and they don't know when it will be. During this entire process we have had to initiate almost all contact as we would not be contacted about the status of our car from anyone. Several times left messages for the service department because no one would answer the phone but not 1 time did we receive a return call. When we did speak to someone we got the same scripted answer that got us no closer to a solution. So we bought a brand new car 5 weeks ago but Genesis of Roseville cannot get it to work.
