They took the time to save me money
Had 2012 suburban towed in for a bad fuel pump. Quote for replacement was reasonable and turn around time was about a day. Technician found a burned power lead on wiring harness at the fuel pump. They took the time to research and find an individual connector that they could replace instead of having to buy a new wiring harness. They conmpleted the repair and I got a text when it was ready. Paid online and picked up the vehicle later that night.

Oil sensor change
These guys were great. Had a new to me vehicle, oil gauge was acting up. Im new to the area so needed to find a good mechanic, they were honest and up front and service was quick and professional. Thanks guys! And go Raiders!

Great shop but.....
I went to pickup my vehicle but it seemed as though one person knew there was still and issue but didn't get it fixed before I arrived so I had to wait about 15 minutes for the fix. A small issue, yes but one that could have been avoided.

My experience was excellent.
Overall very good service.
A couple of items were missed that I wanted repaired. I pointed out some lights on the vehicle needed replacing. They promptly took care of the issue.

Honest, Experienced and Fair
I had just moved to the area and had yet to find a trusted shop for my Hummer H2. I went to two other places for the same Catalectic Converter problem and then found these guys. My truck is older (2005) and not only did they fix the problem at hand they recommended a few other things above and beyond. I has hesitant at first fearing an "upsell" but they earned my trust and I did all that was recommended at can't be any happier. They were 100% honest, communicated unlike any other shop I had ever delt with and fare in price. These guys are absolute pro's and my truck now runs better than it ever has since I purchased it 10 years ago! Thank you so much to the GM Specialties entire team!

I had a problem with my truck heating up. Stuck on the side of freeway on a Sat night. Had it towed to GM Specialties. They fixed promptly and I was up and running the next day.
Great work. Quick and efficient.
