They tend to forget about your concerns after the sale. Also if you don't want to finance with them it becomes unpleasant.
Test drove my vehicle at night. The following day/evening I got a call saying they would match the price of another dealership so I went back to purchase vehicle from them as they were closer. The next morning I was showing vehicle to my son and noticed a scratch on the rear. I called the salesperson and sent her a picture. Told her they had to have seen this when they were cleaning up the vehicle and they let it go out anyway. She assured me it would be taken care of. That was over 3 months ago and not a word from her. I called her back twice and left a message with no response.

Also when I went in to do paperwork for purchase the guy tried to talk me into financing. I considered it and almost did but decided to just pay cash as I had originally planned, at that point he slung paperwork across the desk and the atmosphere took a nosedive. Will never purchase from them again. If I purchase Hyundai again I will drive farther to not deal with this dealership.
